Shipping & Order Status
Our typical turn-around time is approximately 1-week. This may vary depending on the volume of work ahead of your order, any holidays or weekends, and specific requests or manual processing required. We will advise if we expect a delay beyond 1-week when we receive your order.
If you help prepare your order prior to sending it to us you can save yourself money and us time. Remove any photo prints from albums (be sure to label each bundle clearly). Remove slides from projector trays and turn them consistently for rapid feeding through our slide scanner. Be sure to sort them by type (and indicate if you know each bundles type).
We use Australia Post for most shipping services as Express Post is reliable, trackable, and may be delivered quickly anywhere in Australia – whether to business or residences.

If your order was sent using your preferred courier – please refer to their website for details. We will confirm any tracking details in your email order confirmation once the order has been shipped.
Generally YES, please contact us to confirm availability and pricing. We try our best to accommodate you – yet are swamped from time to time (especially between September and December).
Of course, sending your photos or film by courier or Express Post (both directions) saves a few days in transit. This may be cheaper than a rush lab scanning service – yet for smaller orders we can usually always fit you in. Just let us know in advance!
